How do I shop in the DCI online store?

It's as simple as point and click. Go to the category of products you would like to purchase, such as video or clothing, and select the product of your choice. Enter the quantity and continue shopping. When you've selected all of the items you wish to buy, you may check out. Simply fill in and submit your mailing and billing information and you're finished. You may check the status of your shopping cart at any time prior to checking out.

How will my credit card number be protected?

Purchasing products through this website is easy and safe. The information that you provide to us is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) -- the industry standard for securing online commerce transactions. With a secure connection, your name, address, credit card numbers, and so forth cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply call us at 1-800-495-7469 or email dcistore@dci.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please remember that no refunds of audio and video products are available.
